About The Position

Holman Lincoln Mount Laurel is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor. The role involves inspecting vehicles, discussing vehicle performance with customers, preparing service work orders, and explaining service costs. The Service Advisor uses a consultative approach to identify customer needs and educate customers about services and products, while serving as the liaison between customers and technicians and delivering excellent customer service in keeping with Holman’s mission and values.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a service advisor or express service advisor.
• Current valid driver’s license and ability to operate an automobile.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

• Highline experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect vehicles.
• Ask customers about vehicle performance and determine their immediate service needs.
• Complete service work orders.
• Explain service costs to customers.
• Educate customers about services and products using a consultative approach.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.
