About The Position

Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat is hiring a customer-focused Service Advisor for its high-volume Service Department in Portland, Oregon. The Service Advisor serves as the bridge between customers and technicians, supporting a smooth service experience from vehicle check-in through delivery. The role involves communicating service information, helping customers understand repair and maintenance recommendations, and contributing to department sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of service writing experience.
• Desire to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Prior CDK experience is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department’s sales forecast.
