About The Position

Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT is seeking a hands-on, motivated Lube/Express Technician to help keep customers’ vehicles safe and reliable. The role offers an opportunity to gain experience, training, and mentorship, with a promote-from-within culture and a stated career path toward Service Technician, Certified Technician, and Master Technician roles. The service team emphasizes quality workmanship, accountability, continuous growth, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Have personal tools.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of automotive technician experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Change oil.
• Perform light express vehicle maintenance.
• Assist the service department and technicians as needed.
