About The Position

Great Service Advisors don't just write Repair Orders -- they cultivate and nurture customer relationships. We are building something special at Castle VW, and want you to be a part of it. The opportunity is here -- are you ready? As a Service Advisor, you'll manage the flow of the service drive while making sure every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service. You'll own the customer experience from check-in to delivery, answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs, and help ensure technician time is used efficiently. You'll work closely with the shop and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience, minimum of 2 consecutive years
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Consistent record of service and sales success
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated
  • Able to work with little supervision
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
