About The Position

This role is for an experienced Service Advisor who values consistency, professionalism, and long-term career growth. The position is commission-based, where motivation and performance directly influence earning potential, and requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates should have a proven track record of stability and success. The Service Advisor will act as a key liaison between the Service Department and guests, communicating vehicle needs, setting expectations, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality service experience. This opportunity is with Genesis of Portland, the only Genesis dealership in Portland, known for its strong operational stability and minimal turnover, offering a chance to join a close-knit, high-performing service team.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• CDK experience is a must!
• Tech Savvy. Must be proficient in computer navigation working with multiple programs at once
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• have a valid driver's license
• a clean driving record
• be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Helping customers with the service on their vehicles
• Follow up to help customers if they have issues or concerns
• Work closely with other departments within the dealership
• Reviewing inspection reports with customers
• Provide an excellent customer service experience
