Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience navigating Dealership Management Software (DMS) and digital billing systems is highly preferred.
• A background in high-end customer service or hospitality is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the Genesis brand's high standards.
• Efficiently build, document, and manage repair orders; oversee billing and cashiering with precision.
• Act as a subject matter expert on vehicle maintenance, warranty claims, and the Genesis Service Valet program.
• Collaborate with the shop foreman to distribute work effectively, ensuring technicians' time is maximized and guest vehicles are delivered as promised.
• Maintain top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores and ensure all administrative tasks adhere to manufacturer and company policies.
