Requirements
- Customer service experience (any industry)
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Desire to help others and learn
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess service needs
- Communicate service recommendations and timelines
- Partner with technicians to ensure accurate, timely repairs
- Use dealer management systems (CDK) to support workflow
- Build strong customer relationships and loyalty
