About The Position

At Advantage Used Car & Truck we believe in treating customers like they are family and having fun while doing it! As a Service Advisor, it is your primary goal to create long-lasting relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor for all things automotive. On a daily basis, you will work with customers to address their automotive needs. We are a full-service shop. Anything from oil changes to in-depth repairs you will help facilitate it all! We are looking for someone who wants to build a career in a booming industry! We are growing and we want you to grow with us! Bring your positive attitude and we can teach the rest! Requirements

High level of organization.
Strong ability to multi-task.
Excellent attitude- We need a people person, everything we do starts with the interactions that take place!
Clean Driving Record.
Customer Service Experience- 1 Year
Sales Experience- 1 Year
Willing to submit to Drug Screen and Background Check.

Responsibilities

Customer Service-Take ownership of every interaction! Even the little details count!
Sales Goals- Achieved by communicating vehicle needs as described by technicians in a clear and transparent manner.
Product Knowledge- Own your interactions! You are the expert, do the research so that you can be confident in what you are communicating!
Ability to work on a team- We all have the same goal! Take care of customers!
Quality Control- To the customer, you are the entire process; by making sure all concerns are addressed you will win the customer!
