Requirements
- 1+ years of prior dealership Service Advisor experience.
- Sales and upselling abilities while maintaining customer trust.
- Proficiency with dealership software and repair order management.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Nice To Haves
- Subaru Advisor experience but its not required.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary contact for Subaru service customers, delivering an customer experience.
- Schedule appointments and prepare repair orders.
- Communicate maintenance recommendations and repair options.
- Coordinate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and customer satisfaction goals
