About The Position

Karl Malone Ford is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Bellevue, ID. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience from vehicle intake to service completion. Your excellent communication skills and automotive knowledge will help you advise customers on needed services, answer questions, and coordinate repair work with our technicians.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer service role in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair terminology.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency with computers

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assess customers’ vehicle problems and communicate effectively with service technicians.
  • Explain recommended services and repairs clearly and accurately to customers.
  • Prepare service estimates and work orders.
  • Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently to maximize shop productivity.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle services and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated with automotive service trends and technical knowledge.
