About The Position

Cook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, helping ensure every customer receives an exceptional service experience from vehicle write-up through delivery. Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
  • Ability to commute to Cleveland, TX.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Strong computer and customer service skills are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive service advisor experience is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates with proven success in customer service, sales, or hospitality industries may also be considered.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
  • Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proven ability to present and sell maintenance and repair recommendations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to build trust with customers and confidently explain vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new processes.
  • Ability to use necessary tools and technology safely and effectively.
  • Professional attitude and a desire for long-term career stability.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns and service requests.
  • Build repair orders, present maintenance and repair recommendations, and help customers make informed decisions regarding their vehicle's service needs.
  • Present and sell maintenance services, repair recommendations, and manufacturer-recommended services based on vehicle needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle status, repair progress, and additional service recommendations.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis, repair recommendations, and completion timelines.
  • Deliver completed vehicles and review repairs with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Follow all dealership processes and safety standards to maintain a professional work environment.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and management.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
