About The Position
Huntington Beach Hyundai is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process, from greeting them to ensuring their vehicle issues are accurately documented and addressed. The Service Advisor will recommend necessary maintenance and repairs, prepare estimates, write repair orders, and communicate effectively with technicians. The goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience that fosters trust and loyalty.
Requirements
- 2+ years Service Advisor experience preferred
- Hyundai dealership experience strongly preferred
- CDK Experience a plus
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities
