About The Position

Consult with customers regarding service needs. Communicate directly with customers regarding vehicle service, schedule service appointments, and ensure work is completed by service technicians in a timely manner. This role also involves various other duties as assigned.

  • Directly supervises eight non-supervisory service technicians in the service department.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
