Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but open to strong customer service backgrounds)
- Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred (not required for strong candidates with customer service or sales backgrounds)
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate effectively with technicians and keep customers updated
- Ensure timely completion of work and deliver vehicles with care
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Greet customers promptly and provide a professional, friendly experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Recommend maintenance and repairs using dealership and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate clearly with technicians regarding vehicle status
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and complete satisfaction
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business
