About The Position
Audi Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to help deliver an exemplary service experience. The role greets customers promptly and courteously, listens to their concerns and service needs, prepares repair orders, and communicates proactively and accurately. The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring technicians understand customer needs and customers understand recommended services and repairs. Compensation is primarily commission-based, with minimum wage paid for non-sales work and rest periods.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers and determine their vehicle repair or service needs.
- Prepare accurate repair orders with time, cost, and labor estimates; verify warranty and service contracts; and review estimates with customers.
- Monitor each vehicle’s progress throughout the day and provide frequent customer updates.
- Increase profitability by promoting labor, parts, and accessories, explaining estimates, and obtaining approval for proposed work.
