About The Position

Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace

Nice To Haves

Background as an automotive technician is a plus

Responsibilities

Initiate service and repair orders based on customer concerns and vehicle performance
Verify warranty and service contract coverage
Build accurate repair estimates including labor, parts, and deductibles
Communicate service needs clearly to both customers and technicians
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process—status, costs, and service timelines
Administer manufacturer warranties for eligible repairs
Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records
Promote current service specials and build long-term customer relationships
