Service Advisor/Service Writer
About The Position
Midas is hiring a Service Advisor/Service Writer to help drive sales, provide an exceptional customer experience, and support shop operations. The role involves customer communication, appointment scheduling, vehicle walkarounds, reviewing inspection results, preparing estimates, presenting recommendations, and following up on declined work and customer concerns. The advisor may need to support multiple locations as business needs require and help ensure processes are followed and goals are achieved. The position offers hourly pay plus performance bonuses, paid training and professional development, and a potential growth path into store leadership, including a future opportunity to become a Store Manager.
Requirements

- Automotive service writing experience is preferred.
