About The Position
The Server at The Carnegie provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests. The role includes carrying out dining steps of service, greeting and escorting residents in dining venues, helping with requests, and maintaining clean dining areas and proper table settings.
Requirements
- Have a passion for excellence.
- Have a great moral compass.
- Have 6 months to 1 year of dining experience.
- Successfully pass a drug screen, TB test, and background check as part of the pre-employment process.
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the daily menu and assist residents with their requests.
- Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings.
- Perform other related duties as required.
