About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a Server to help create fun, memorable experiences for Players in a fast-paced, high-volume entertainment environment. The role involves welcoming Players to their bays, learning about their visit, explaining Topgolf offerings, and recommending food, beverages, and gaming options. Servers take orders accurately and promptly, keep bay areas clean and organized, and work closely with other Playmakers to support a smooth experience and address concerns. The role follows safety and sanitation standards and reflects Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. Weekend availability is required, and the role requires legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.

Requirements

• Ability to remain calm and effective in a popular, high-volume environment.
• Previous experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lb., including bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift and perform varied physical tasks.
• Ability to maintain pace and endurance in a high-volume working environment.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, learn why they are visiting, and introduce Topgolf offerings.
• Recommend food, beverages, and gaming options suited to Players’ visits and use thoughtful suggestive selling to drive sales.
• Provide food and beverage recommendations and take orders quickly and accurately.
• Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
• Maintain a strong T-line presence and work with fellow Playmakers to set up bays and resolve concerns.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep bays clean and safe.
• Demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
