About The Position

The Server works alongside the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, serving guests at The Belvedere Restaurant. The role involves preparing for service, training, and delivering restaurant service according to hotel standards. Servers provide friendly, discreet, and unobtrusive service while greeting, seating, and waiting on guests, and maintain consistent service techniques across meal periods.

Requirements

• Experience in a luxury hotel or another luxury environment.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Handle activities related to service at The Belvedere Restaurant, including preparation tasks, training, and performing service according to hotel standards.
• Greet, seat, and wait on guests with friendly, discreet, and unobtrusive service.
• Ensure consistent use of correct service techniques across all meal periods.
• Communicate frequently with colleagues and maintain an excellent rapport throughout the Food & Beverage Department to support continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate a friendly demeanor and build positive connections with people.
