About The Position
The Server works with the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, providing service at The Belvedere Restaurant. The role is responsible for restaurant service activities, including preparation tasks, training, and delivering service in accordance with hotel standards. Servers greet, seat, and wait on guests with friendly, discreet, and unobtrusive hospitality, while maintaining consistent service techniques across meal periods. The position also involves communicating with colleagues and building rapport throughout the Food and Beverage Department to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
- A friendly demeanor and strong ability to connect with people.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
