About The Position

Wings ‘N More is hiring a Server at its Corpus Christi location. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service while serving food prepared fresh to order. Servers respond to guest requests, help ensure satisfaction throughout the meal, explain menu items and promotions, take and enter orders, and deliver food and beverages. The position also includes scheduled side work, stocking and organizing supplies, monitoring inventory, and requisitioning daily supplies. Employees are expected to maintain regular attendance, follow work and break periods, comply with the dress code, and perform other duties as requested by a supervisor.

Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
Know menu items, restaurant promotions, and beverages, including their garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the appropriate point-of-sale system.
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
Complete scheduled side work, including stocking and organizing supplies.
Monitor inventory and requisition daily supplies as needed.
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and observe prescribed work, break, and meal periods.
Maintain personal appearance and grooming in compliance with the dress code.
Perform other duties as requested by a supervisor.
Respond to requests for service and assistance and provide high-quality service to internal and external customers.
Solicit customer feedback to improve service.
