About The Position

Wings ‘N More is hiring a Server at its Corpus Christi, Texas location. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service while serving food prepared fresh to order. Servers respond to guest requests, support satisfaction throughout the meal, take and enter food and beverage orders, and retrieve and deliver orders. The position also includes completing scheduled side work, maintaining inventory and supplies, following attendance and break-period standards, and meeting personal appearance and dress-code requirements.

Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
Know menu items, restaurant promotions, and beverages, including their garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
Take guest food and beverage orders and enter them into the appropriate point-of-sale system.
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
Complete scheduled side work, including stocking and organizing supplies.
Monitor inventory and requisition daily supplies as needed to support efficient operations.
Maintain regular attendance, arrive on time, and observe prescribed work, break, and meal periods.
Maintain personal appearance and grooming in compliance with the dress code.
Perform other duties as requested by a supervisor.
Respond to service requests and assistance needs, provide high-quality service to internal and external customers, and solicit customer feedback to improve service.
