About The Position

Servers at Chili’s provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service. They learn the menu, explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, collaborate with Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus, and applicants must meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
