About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Corpus Christi market, including Corpus Christi, Portland, Aransas Pass, Kingsville, the Coastal Bend region, and surrounding communities. Placement depends on business needs and available opportunities across the market. Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through a structured, hands-on program with training, mentoring, and support, they build the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. The role includes community relationship-building and training in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $53,023.88, based on an average 46-hour work week. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Valid driver’s license required, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Serve as a customer-facing representative of Enterprise and work with business partners.
Learn and perform branch operations.
Build the skills needed to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
Establish relationships in the community to support business development.
Learn and apply customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations practices.
