About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting its Corpus Christi, Texas market, including Corpus Christi, Portland, Aransas Pass, Kingsville, the Coastal Bend region, and surrounding communities. Placement depends on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market.

Management Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch and serve as both a customer- and partner-facing representative and an operational resource. Through a structured, hands-on program with guidance and mentoring, trainees develop the knowledge and skills to eventually manage a branch, build business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building community relationships.

The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $53,023.88 and an average 46-hour work week. Enterprise Mobility describes itself as a mobility-solutions provider operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands, among other services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business while working from a neighborhood branch.
