We’re seeking Servers who lead with poise, prioritize every detail, and offer genuine connection—professionals who conduct the dining experience with expertise, emotional intelligence, and a dedication to excellence.

Requirements

  • Excel in fast-paced, high-touch dining environments
  • Possess a confident, welcoming presence and strong communication skills
  • Are deeply knowledgeable in upscale food and beverage service, including wine and spirit pairings
  • Take ownership of the guest experience and anticipate needs before they arise
  • Move with intention, elegance, and urgency
  • Bring prior serving experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end service environments
  • Are reliable, polished, and team-oriented
  • Can lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Lead each guest through a curated and memorable dining experience
  • Offer warm, attentive, and elevated service from seating to farewell
  • Present menus, explain offerings, and make thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails—including ingredients, pairings, and preparation
  • Accurately enter orders in the POS system and communicate special dietary needs clearly
  • Deliver and clear food and beverages with efficiency, polish, and attention to timing
  • Maintain a well-stocked, orderly service station and ensure seamless table turnover
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service team to provide synchronized, guest-centric service
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and grace
  • Uphold all sanitation, safety, and responsible service standards
