About The Position
Serve residents and guests in a fine-dining, in-house restaurant at a senior living community. The restaurant offers made-to-order meals featuring fresh ingredients, seasonal and regional menus, signature dishes, and daily specials. The role includes no late nights and offers training.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tables, present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions about food and service.
- Stay knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
- Write food orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve courses from the kitchen and service bars.
- Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
- Help keep dining tables, chairs, floors, linens, and serving stations clean, bussed, and stocked.
- Maintain required food handler certifications.
