About The Position
Topgolf is seeking a fun-loving, dedicated, and caring Server to help create excellent experiences for Players in a fast-paced, collaborative entertainment environment. Servers welcome Players to their bays, learn about their visit, and share Topgolf offerings. They recommend food, beverages, and games, take orders, and provide attentive service while keeping bay areas clean and organized. The role involves working closely with other Playmakers to set up bays, address concerns, and maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment. Team members are expected to embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This active role requires standing and walking for most of the shift and handling items weighing up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and a one-team mentality.
- Strong focus on providing Players with an excellent experience.
- Ability to remain calm and perform in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Previous experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including bending, stooping, and carrying.
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift and sustain active work in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, learn why they are visiting, and introduce them to Topgolf offerings.
- Recommend food, beverages, and gaming options that suit Players’ visits, using thoughtful suggestive selling.
- Provide food and beverage recommendations and take orders quickly and accurately.
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
- Work with fellow Playmakers, maintain a strong T-line presence, set up bays, and resolve Player concerns.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep bays clean and safe.
- Demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
