About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Server to provide hospitable and authentic service in a team-focused environment. The role involves taking guest orders, ensuring meals are prepared and delivered properly, maintaining a clean and properly set station, following liquor regulations, processing guest checks and payments, and assisting with table bussing. The position may also include other duties as assigned. Candidates should be comfortable working flexible hours and shifts. Requirements

Minimum of one year in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
Ability to work as a team player.

Ability to operate available equipment such as cash registers and calculators.
Basic mathematical skills to make change and give refunds.

Responsibilities

Seat guests and take accurate food orders.
Monitor food distribution to ensure meals are delivered to the correct recipients and are properly prepared and presented, and that buffets are appealing.
Check the station before, during, and after shifts to ensure proper setup and cleanliness.
Follow state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations when serving alcoholic beverages, including rules regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
Maintain familiarity with menu items, their preparation, and service procedures.
Total checks, present them to guests, and accept payment.
Assist with bussing tables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
