About The Position

The Server is responsible for efficient food and beverage service in the dining room and/or lounge on a shift-by-shift basis. The role supports smooth operations, guest service, accurate food delivery and billing, and compliance with dining room and lounge service standards. The Server also helps with other food and beverage areas and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of server experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak clearly and accurately in English.
Food Handler certificate.
BASSET license.

Responsibilities

Maintain a consistently smooth-running operation.
Expedite food orders and check their accuracy and presentation.
Monitor and critique food quality and service levels.
Check daily boards for team side-work assignments and special instructions.
Pick up reservations.
Prepare dining room and lounge tables for service.
Process guest checks and billing through the Quad P.O.S. system.
Comply with dining room and lounge STOs and other Benchmark food and beverage service standards.
Respond to reasonable tasks assigned by a supervisor or manager.
Help in other food and beverage areas as needed.
Assist the Manager with training team members.
Assist in other food and beverage outlets as needed.
Clean and organize the work area.
