About The Position
We are seeking friendly and professional Servers to join our team at Kansas City International Airport. As a Server, you will provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for travelers and guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass airport security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and airport security protocols.
