About The Position

CAMERON MITCHELL RESTAURANTS is seeking a SERVER to join our team at Ocean Prime Las Vegas. Located at the bustling and iconic corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue, Ocean Prime Las Vegas will be the anchor restaurant in the 63 Las Vegas development. The restaurant will be over 14,000 square feet with a nearly 2,500 square-foot rooftop terrace, and will include over 400 seats, three bars, and three private dining rooms. Guests will experience stunning settings and vibrant energy complemented by truly genuine hospitality, and indulge in an impressive menu of seafood and prime cuts of steak, signature cocktails, and a Wine Spectator-honored wine list. Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) remains independent and privately held, with 40 restaurants across the country from Beverly Hills to New York City, and 18 different concepts in 13 states plus The District of Columbia, as well as a separate and highly successful catering division, Cameron Mitchell Premier Events, and a food hall chef incubator, Budd Dairy Food Hall.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule. Uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and cleaned. Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.
  • Exemplifies hospitality standards. Answers guest's questions about the restaurant. Handles requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
  • Cooperates with management and co-workers to assists others with duties, if needed. Communicates suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion.
  • Follows all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
  • Knows emergency procedures in the restaurant.
  • Performs all duties and maintains knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
