About The Position

As a Server in the community restaurant, you help create an excellent dining experience, build relationships with residents, and provide the service guests would expect in their favorite restaurant. Resident satisfaction is central to the role. The position is full-time and includes serving residents, communicating orders through a point-of-sale system, and completing dining room opening and closing duties.

Requirements

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents.
• If under age 18, provide proper schoolwork authorization, if applicable.
• Hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selection.
• Communicate specific resident orders using the point-of-sale system.
• Complete established dining room opening and closing duties.
