About The Position

Friendship Village Chesterfield is hiring a full-time Server to provide dining service to residents in its Independent Living community. The role focuses on building relationships, providing attentive customer service, and creating a welcoming dining experience for older adults. The position is based in the Chesterfield dining room. The listed shift is 11:00 AM–7:30 PM with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Chesterfield dining room.
Assist residents with meal selections while following dietary preferences and restrictions.
Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Create a welcoming dining experience through excellent customer service and compassionate care.
