About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Server at Boulevard St Peters in Saint Peters, Missouri. The role supports residents’ dining experience by welcoming them, being present and social in the dining room, and helping foster connections among residents. Servers prepare dining areas and food for service, bus tables, sweep floors, and communicate observations about residents’ eating habits or attendance to supervisors and Wellness staff. The listed schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pay is $15–$22.75 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of eighth-grade proficiency.
Must have a positive, energetic attitude and enjoy working with residents.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents, make them feel welcome, and remain present in the dining room to mingle, entertain, and foster social connection.
Prepare for meal service by setting tables, preparing salads for upcoming meals, and rolling silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors to maintain a clean dining environment.
Notify supervisors and Wellness staff when residents have poor dietary habits, unusual changes in appetite, or are absent from meals.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
