About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Summit located at 16100 Chenal Valley Drive, Little Rock, AR 72223. This is a part-time position with a shift schedule of Monday and Sunday from 4:30pm to 7:30pm. The role involves greeting residents, preparing tables and dining areas, maintaining cleanliness, and observing residents' dietary habits and appetite changes. Requirements

At least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Ability to assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed.
Communicate when residents are absent from meals.
