About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Server at Boulevard St Peters in Saint Peters, Missouri. The role focuses on welcoming residents, supporting dining-room service, preparing for meals, keeping the dining area tidy, and communicating relevant observations about residents’ appetites and meal attendance to supervisors and Wellness. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pay is $15–$22.75 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency.
Must have a positive, energetic attitude and enjoy working with residents.
Must be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and help them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle with residents, entertain, and foster opportunities for residents to connect.
Prepare for meal service, including setting tables, preparing salads for upcoming meals, and rolling silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors to keep the community dining area clean.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits, unusual appetite changes, or resident absences from meals are observed.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
