About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Boulevard St Peters located at 500 Bluffstone Circle, Saint Peters, MO 63304. This is a Part-Time position with a pay range of $15 - $22.75 per hour. The shift schedule is Monday and Sunday from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm. We are looking for someone who can be a great host, a peppy prepper, a titan of tidiness, and an appetite anthropologist. Requirements

• At least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
• Foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Prep tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
• Bus tables and sweep floors.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness about poor dietary habits, unusual changes in appetite, or resident absences from meals.
