About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join their team at Fremont located at 1520 E. Bates, Springfield, MO 65804. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $15 - $22.25 per hour. The role involves greeting residents, preparing tables and meals, bussing tables, sweeping floors, and communicating with supervisors and Wellness regarding resident dietary habits and absences from meals. Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Ability to assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when residents are absent from meals.
