About The Position

Join the Denny’s Team as a Server and be part of a fast-paced environment where you can earn great tips. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking and entering orders accurately, running food and drinks, upselling specials, and guiding guests with recommendations. You will also promote the Denny’s Rewards Program, keep the dining area clean and stocked, and process payments. Supporting team flow between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) is also a key part of this role.

Requirements

• Server / waitstaff / customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Confident upselling and guest engagement
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• 18+ with nights/weekends/holiday availability

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver fast, friendly, accurate service
• Take and enter orders clearly; coordinate with kitchen
• Run food and drinks quickly and correctly
• Upsell specials, combos, and high-margin items
• Guide guests with recommendations and suggestive selling
• Promote Denny’s Rewards Program (earn points, perks, offers)
• Keep dining area clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Process payments (cash, card, digital)
• Support team flow with FOH and BOH
