We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented Cashiers to join our Travel Center teams. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by processing transactions accurately and providing friendly, efficient service to every customer.

Requirements

• Passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately while remaining calm under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers enthusiastically and deliver friendly, attentive service at the counter.
• Accurately process cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Keep the cashier station, counter area, and dining space clean, organized, and welcoming all guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service during peak periods.
• Assist with monitoring inventory levels and restocking merchandise and supplies as needed.
