Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $21.65-$32.48 Provide direct outpatient patient care under provider direction. Responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vitals, administering medications, assisting with procedures, coordinating labs, maintaining supplies/equipment, and documenting in the EMR. Ensures safe, compassionate, and efficient clinic operations. Lead Licensed Practical Nurse: $23.74-$35.62 Provides LPN patient care while supporting daily clinical operations. Leads and mentors LPN staff, supports training and onboarding, assists with scheduling and workflow, addresses operational issues, and partners with management to maintain high-quality patient care and team performance. Registered Nurse (RN), RN Triage, and RN Care Coordinator: $32.21-$47.60 Provide direct outpatient nursing care under provider direction. Responsibilities include patient assessment and triage, medication administration, care coordination, lab and diagnostic support, patient education, and documentation in the EMR. Supports patient flow, quality care, and care coordination for routine and complex patients. Lead Registered Nurse: $33.32-$49.97 Provides RN patient care while supporting daily clinical operations. Leads and mentors nursing staff, assists with workflow, scheduling, training, and problem-solving, and partners with leadership to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care and strong team performance.
