About The Position

Our Travel Centers are essential hubs for professional drivers and travelers, providing high-quality fuel, fresh food, ample truck parking, and convenient amenities in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented Cashiers to join our Travel Center teams. In this role, you will be crucial in delivering exceptional guest experiences by accurately processing transactions and offering friendly, efficient service to every customer.

Requirements

• Passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately while remaining calm under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers enthusiastically and deliver friendly, attentive service at the counter.
• Accurately process cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Keep the cashier station, counter area, and dining space clean, organized, and welcoming all guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service during peak periods.
• Assist with monitoring inventory levels and restocking merchandise and supplies as needed.
