Requirements
- Experience on a hot line or grill in a fast-paced kitchen
- Solid knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Strong team mindset and clear communication
- Reliability—your team can count on you to show up and deliver
- Physical stamina (standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs.)
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to Commute: Naples, FL 34120 (Required)

Responsibilities
- Own your station and execute tickets quickly, accurately, and consistently during high-volume service
- Work across grill, sauté, fry, and broiler with confidence
- Deliver dishes that meet our standards for quality, presentation, and portioning
- Keep the place without cutting corners on food safety or consistency
- Communicate clearly with the team to keep service flowing smoothly
- Stay one step ahead—anticipate needs and keep your station fully stocked
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Support prep, inventory rotation (FIFO), and closing duties
