About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Server for Zionsville Meadows Assisted Living. As part of the ASC Culinary team, the Server provides positive, exceptional service that contributes to residents’ and families’ well-being and satisfaction. The role partners with culinary leaders to support residents’ needs and create a positive dining experience. Part-time hours are available.

Requirements

• Commitment to customer service and willingness to help others with their needs.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED; one to three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents’ needs and provide a positive dining experience.
• Take residents’ meal orders as they are seated.
• Assist in preparing meal items.
• Bus tables and wash dishes.
• Keep the dining room and kitchen clean.
