About The Position

RiverWoods is seeking servers to join its culinary services team and provide excellent customer service to residents. The role serves residents picking up meals or dining in the Bistro or fine dining restaurants, and provides full table service. Flexible hours are available for per diem positions, with potential afternoon and evening shifts such as 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.; afternoon hours after school, sports, or other commitments may also be possible. No experience is required, and a resume is not required to apply.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents picking up meals or dining in the Bistro or fine dining restaurants.
• Assist with packaging to-go meals for residents.
• Take meal orders for residents and guests using tablet software.
• Set and clear tables and complete opening and closing side work, including rolling utensils and cleaning silverware and glassware.
• Provide full table service to residents.
• Maintain close relationships with Dining Room Managers and Host/Hostesses to support resident satisfaction and smooth operations.
