Server - Per Diem
About The Position
RiverWoods is seeking per diem servers to join its culinary services team and provide excellent customer service to residents. Flexible hours are available based on the hours the employee is seeking, with potential afternoon and evening shifts such as 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Afternoon hours after school, sports, or other commitments may also be possible. Servers work in the Bistro and fine dining restaurants, supporting meal service and resident satisfaction. No experience is required, and a resume is not required to apply. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. RiverWoods describes itself as Northern New England’s largest family of CCRCs, with three communities. Since 1994, its mission has been to create community and provide peace of mind to residents. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- No experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to residents picking up meals or dining in the Bistro or fine dining restaurants.
- Assist with packaging to-go meals for residents.
- Take meal orders for residents and their guests using tablet software.
- Set and clear tables and complete opening and closing side work, including rolling utensils and cleaning silverware and glassware.
- Provide full table service to residents.
- Maintain close relationships with Dining Room Managers and Host/Hostesses to support resident satisfaction and smooth operations.
