About The Position
KabaFusion is hiring a per diem Pharmacist for its home infusion pharmacy. Pharmacists are on the front line of patient care and contribute to positive clinical outcomes across the continuum of care. The role involves working with providers, contacting patients, and conducting clinical reviews as part of a collaborative team.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Current registered pharmacist license in the state of employment.
- 1–2 years of recent experience and a strong knowledge base in intravenous admixture services and intravenous therapy.
Nice To Haves
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Master of Science degree in Pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Practice pharmacy ethically and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, state and federal pharmacy rules and regulations, professional practice standards, and accrediting entities.
- Assess laboratory results and perform pharmacokinetic dosing.
- Enter prescription orders accurately to ensure medications are properly concentrated, free of incompatibilities, stable, and properly stored.
