About The Position

The Server accepts food orders, communicates them to the kitchen, and delivers food and beverages to residents and guests in a timely manner. The role supports resident and guest satisfaction by responding promptly to needs and requests. Servers bus and reset tables, complete assigned side work, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and coworkers. Weekend availability is required. No experience is necessary; training is provided.

Requirements

• Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Have basic computer skills for using POS and payroll systems.
• Be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Be able to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and coworkers.
• Be available to work weekends.
• Complete food safety training and obtain and/or maintain any required local, state, or county food-handling or sanitation licenses and certificates.

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service experience is preferred.
